Our goal was to infuse colour and vitality into Alma-nac’s online identity

Brand development

We collaborated closely with Alma-nac to generate exciting visual concepts that resonated with them and their audience

In collaboration with alma-nac, we meticulously honed the direction for their refreshed brand identity through a series of in-person and online workshops. With a previously established logo and typeface, we set out to inject some fresh energy into their online presence with a careful use of complementary colours and animations that could be used on the new website and across social.

Website

The website is uncomplicated and joyful, telling their story and showcasing projects in a positive light

Without becoming too overcomplicated, the website had to be clear, intuitive to navigate and joyful. Starting with the logo itself which was a playful motif to animate throughout; we used the hyphen element to spin while the site loads. It then reappears in situ within the complete logo form. The hyphen also appears in strategic places - as a highlighter on the menu and for section headers. We wanted to make the most of the project images and allow them to do the talking so we created a bespoke grid and project section to achieve this.
